Events and services included
Fees include attendance to all the sessions in the scientific program, coffee breaks during the conference (3rd to 5th of July), lunches (3rd and 4th of July), welcome reception, and the Gala Dinner sponsored by Duolingo (limited to first 500 registrants and guests).
Gala Dinner and Welcome Reception
Due to space restrictions, the ITC conference Gala Dinner is limited to 500 tickets and will occur at "Carmen de los Mártires" on Thursday, July 4th, 2024. The "Carmen de los Mártires" is a 19th-century palace located in one of the Alhambra hills with breathtaking city views (info). The welcome reception will take place on one of the Conference Palace terraces. The welcome reception and Gala Dinner are optional, but free with your conference registration, but you must confirm your attendance when you register if you plan to attend. PLEASE NOTE THE GALA DINNER IS LIMITED TO ONLY THE FIRST 500 REGISTRANTS/GUESTS DUE TO SPACE LIMITATIONS.
Guests
You can also invite guests to the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner. During the conference registration process, you can buy a guest ticket for the Welcome Reception (40 eur. per person) and/or the Gala Dinner (70 eur. per person). Guest for the Gala Dinner are limited to one guest for each person registered for the conference. You can also purchase tickets for the Alhambra event (45 euros) for you and your guests.

Pre-conference short courses
There is an impressive list of pre-conference short courses to enhance your conference experience. Check the list of short courses by clicking on (2024 ITC pre-conference short courses). The short courses fees depend on the type and date of registration: (1) ITC members, ITC no members, and ITC members plus AEMCCO or COP: Early bird (75 euros); late (100 euros); On site (125 euros); and (2) ITC student members, and ITC student no members: Early bird (40 euros); late (50 euros); On site (65 euros). The maxium number of attendees is 18, first come first serverd enrollment.
How could you identify the correct registration rate?
The registration platform will guide you through the registration process. You can identify your income country category by clicking on this link(https://datahelpdesk.worldbank.org/knowledgebase/articles/906519-world-bank-country-and-lending-groups), where you will find the Excel file "current classification by income". In addition, you could select the type of fees (ITC member, non-ITC member, student, etc.) in the registration form. Can you join the International Test Commission or renew the membership?
Of course, you can. To become a member of the ITC and obtain the member special rate, please go to https://www.intestcom.org/page/7.
Is there a special rate for COP or AEMCCO members who are also members of ITC?
There is. During the early registration, you can get an extra 10% discount if you are a member of one of these local associations and ITC (you can become a member of ITC if you are not, look at the previous point).
Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be submitted to the ITC Local Organizing Committee via email at congresosgranada@viajeseci.es. If you cancel before July 1st. 2024, there will be an administrative fee of 100€. There will be no refunds for cancellations after July 1st. 2024.
Accommodation
The ITC conference agency ("El Corte Inglés") can help you in booking accommodation for the conference. During the registration process, you could book hotel nights in selected hotels at downtown Granada, and nearby of the conference palace.
